A leading infrastructure organization in Dubai is hiring a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join its strategic finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, supporting high-impact investment decisions, and enabling successful delivery of capital-intensive development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Financial Planning

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process aligned with infrastructure project timelines and capital requirements.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases.

🔹 Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Develop robust financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario simulations to assess large-scale project feasibility.

• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecasts; recommend cost control and optimization strategies.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, project delivery, and operations to ensure alignment between financial plans and business execution.

• Provide financial advisory for new developments, expansions, and upgrades.

🔹 Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Produce board-level presentations, financial dashboards, and decision-making reports with detailed commentary.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data in ERP and BI tools.

🔹 Process & Systems Improvement

• Enhance FP&A tools, templates, and processes to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting timelines, and strategic responsiveness.

• Support financing and capital planning efforts for new infrastructure investments.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, CPA, or ACCA preferred)

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within infrastructure, real estate, or project-based sectors

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, planning systems, and capital project analysis

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders

• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability
