A well-established FMCG and food manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations — from budgeting, reporting, and treasury to automation, compliance, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic financial acumen and hands-on operational control, with strong ERP expertise (preferably SAP) and experience working in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and business forecasting

Supervise and lead all finance functions including AP, treasury, payroll, fixed assets, and MIS
-
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, DFM/ESCA guidelines, and statutory reporting requirements

Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Oversee SAP operations in collaboration with the IT department

Prepare comprehensive financial reports with in-depth analysis of sales growth, margins, profitability, and cost control

Support board and management with regular performance updates and variance analysis

Manage both internal and external audits ensuring timely completion and compliance

Review and validate CapEx proposals including ROI, payback analysis, and capitalization tracking

Ensure timely vendor payments, control aging, perform reconciliations, and manage open POs
-
Monitor payroll processes, loan recoveries, and employee advances with strict confidentiality
-
Supervise XBRL uploads and maintain financial reporting standards

Identify team training needs and mentor the finance team to maximize performance
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Commerce, plus professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)

10–12 years of experience in finance and accounts, with minimum 5 years in MIS and reporting within a manufacturing/distribution setup

Strong command over SAP and advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint

Solid understanding of ERP integrations and finance controls

Exposure to M&A activities is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus)
