Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead and optimize our financial operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This senior role is critical in managing robust financial systems, ensuring compliance with IFRS, driving strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to guide business growth and performance.

Scope of Work:
Oversee the company’s financial health, ensure cash flow stability, implement cost-saving measures, supervise audits, and provide strategic financial insights to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Cash Flow & Credit Management

• Establish and maintain efficient cash flow procedures.

• Develop and implement credit policies and coordinate with the sales team on credit terms.

🔹 Accounting Oversight & Compliance

• Supervise all accounting activities with full adherence to IFRS and internal controls.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

🔹 Accounts Payable & Stock Controls

• Enforce control measures to ensure on-time supplier payments.

• Lead stock audits, control losses, and improve asset management.

🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting

• Collaborate with the GM to create annual budgets.

• Forecast payments/receivables and manage financial reserves to support operations.

🔹 Strategic Finance & M&A

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations with thorough financial analysis.

• Analyze trends, identify risks/opportunities, and advise on strategic direction.

🔹 Performance Analysis & Cost Management

• Analyze variable costs, contribution margins, and business unit performance.

• Recommend cost-reduction strategies and implement financial performance improvements.

🔹 MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and present MIS and financial statements to Senior Management and Group CFO.

• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in financial data and reporting.

🔹 Process & Policy Optimization

• Drive improvements in financial procedures, controls, and systems.

• Support strategic decision-making with insights from trend analysis and modeling.

Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Commerce (CA/ACCA/CPA/ICWAI preferred)
✔ 10+ years of financial experience (at least 4 years in a managerial role in manufacturing)
✔ Expertise in M&A and strategic financial planning
✔ Strong command of IFRS, SAP, and MS Office
✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
✔ Ability to manage diverse teams and influence high-level decision-making

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 10–20 years

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
