Publicis Middle East, part of one of the world’s most influential creative and communication networks, is seeking a Senior Executive – Communications and Project Management to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time hybrid position involves leading communication and project initiatives for a multinational client across various verticals, including creative, strategy, production, content, and media.
Founded in 1926, Publicis has a long history of leading industry transformation. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate, curious, and highly organized with experience in agency environments and a strong understanding of digital disruption and communication trends.
As a Senior Executive, you will work closely with the account management team to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track while playing a key role in campaign planning, resource management, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery

Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects with teams of various sizes.

Apply formal project management methodologies to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and identify and resolve issues proactively.

Submit high-quality deliverables and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Plan and schedule meetings, allocate responsibilities, and maintain internal communication workflows.
Client & Operational Management

Support the development and execution of effective project communication plans.

Collaborate with creative services and client-side teams to ensure timely delivery.

Provide regular updates, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Oversee budget planning, cost efficiency, and audit preparation.

Enforce timelines and facilitate change management processes across teams.
Skills Required:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Deep understanding of agency processes and communication principles.

Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify performance improvements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in a communication or advertising agency environment.

1–2 years of experience in project management with practical application of best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
