About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Merchandiser to join our team at Level Shoes and optimize the online shopping experience. This role is responsible for analyzing data, enhancing product presentation, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Merchandising & Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales trends, and inventory turnover.

  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

  • Track site search behavior and optimize product discoverability through strategic tagging.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to refine online merchandising strategies.

Site Merchandising & Optimization:

  • Organize product categories, collections, and landing pages to enhance customer navigation and shopping experience.

  • Implement and manage sorting rules, filters, and search features based on user behavior.

  • Ensure optimal product visibility and availability by aligning with inventory data and demand forecasts.

  • Develop cross-sell and upsell strategies to drive revenue.

A/B Testing & Performance Enhancement:

  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of pricing, product placement, and merchandising strategies.

  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve site performance, user experience, and engagement.

  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies and trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with Buying, Inventory, and Marketing teams to align on product launches, promotions, and stock management.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize navigation, filtering, and overall user experience.

  • Coordinate with Tech teams to integrate tools, platforms, and systems that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Engage with external partners to drive innovation and onboard new features or technologies.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, and Excel (mandatory).

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Dynamic Yield, Centric Pricing, Edited, or Klevu.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
