Job Title: Senior Demand Planner 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Planner to join our client’s dynamic retail enterprise in Dubai. With over 20 years of expertise across retail, distribution, investments, and real estate, the company is committed to sustainable growth powered by strong market insights and hands-on leadership.

As a Senior Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in merchandise planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal merchandise plans and assortment strategies for each brand, considering sales trends, historical performance, and market insights

• Prepare and manage the sales budget to forecast product demand, sales revenues, and inventory requirements

• Lead open-to-buy (OTB) planning, ensuring inventory purchasing aligns with company strategy and market needs

• Build detailed product assortment plans by category, SKU, and store location to align with customer preferences and brand strategies

• Manage merchandise allocation to stores based on demand forecasts, store profiles, and inventory availability, minimizing stockouts and maximizing sales

• Analyze promotional activities and ROI, recommending pricing adjustments and future promotional strategies

• Conduct regular store visits to gather real-time data, assess performance, and optimize inventory and assortment decisions

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, aged 40 and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in retail, ideally within fashion/lifestyle retail

• Proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and merchandise management

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
