Chalhoub Group, the Middle East’s leading luxury retail partner, is seeking a Senior B2B Sales Associate to drive growth within the luxury home décor and corporate gifting segment. This role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, strengthening existing partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility within the design, architecture, and corporate communities.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with a deep understanding of the luxury market, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury home décor and corporate gifting markets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the B2B client portfolio.

Set, manage, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Client & Relationship Management

Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with designers, architects, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design concepts, project pipelines, and gifting requirements.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through tailored solutions and premium service delivery.
Brand Positioning & Market Presence

Strategically position the brand within the design and architectural community.

Identify and engage key influencers, designers, and architects to enhance brand awareness and credibility.

Represent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Corporate Gifting Solutions

Partner with corporate clients to understand their gifting strategies and promote luxury and seasonal corporate gift collections.

Develop customized gifting solutions aligned with clients’ brand values and business objectives.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, and product development, to ensure a cohesive B2B sales approach.
Requirements
Experience & Skills

Proven success in luxury B2B sales, ideally within home décor, furniture, design, or corporate gifting.

Strong understanding of the luxury retail and design ecosystem.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities.
