Our client is seeking a proactive and execution-focused Retail Marketing Executive to support in-store marketing initiatives across a multi-store retail network in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on retail marketer with strong exposure to store-led campaigns, visual merchandising, and on-ground activations.
You will work closely with retail operations, merchandising, and visual merchandising teams to ensure all marketing initiatives drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and deliver a consistent in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Marketing & Store Activations

Collaborate closely with retail operations teams to align marketing initiatives with store-level objectives.

Execute in-store marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, sale events, and special occasion activations.

Set up, maintain, and refresh activation zones to maximise customer engagement and visibility.

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate signage, visual merchandising, and activation effectiveness.
Visual Merchandising & Branding

Update and maintain in-store graphics, signage, and POS materials in line with brand guidelines.

Coordinate with the merchandising and VM teams for production, delivery, and installation of materials.

Ensure consistent brand representation across all retail locations.
Campaign Execution & Reporting

Assist in planning and executing SMS campaigns, in-store events, and promotional activities.

Monitor campaign performance and store feedback, preparing basic reports and insights.

Identify opportunities to improve future campaigns based on store-level performance and customer response.
Industry Background (Mandatory)

Prior experience in fashion, footwear, sportswear, lifestyle, or FMCG retail.

Strong exposure to mall-based retail environments and multi-store operations.

Solid understanding of customer footfall drivers, store marketing, and point-of-sale visibility.
Requirements
Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, in-store activations, or visual merchandising support.

Proven hands-on experience executing on-ground retail campaigns, not just planning or agency coordination.

Strong coordination skills with retail teams, merchandising, VM, vendors, and print partners.

Experience managing store graphics, signage updates, and activation rollouts.

Familiarity with SMS campaigns, basic CRM promotions, and store-level customer engagement.

Comfortable with field-based work and frequent store visits.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and execution timelines.
Salary & Benefits
