Eurasia Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide expert analysis on economic, political, and regulatory developments in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. The role requires in-depth research on long-term investment projects and transformations within the GCC, producing insightful reports, and engaging directly with clients. The successful candidate will help clients navigate complex political and economic landscapes, providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on economic, political, and regulatory developments in the GCC region.

• Analyze long-term investment projects and transformations within the GCC, offering insights on investment priorities.

• Produce clear and structured reports that translate complex data into accessible insights for clients.

• Engage with clients directly, offering tailored advice and building meaningful relationships to support business development.

• Collaborate with the broader Eurasia Group team to integrate regional insights into global political risk analysis.

• Identify business development opportunities and facilitate client interactions.

• Support the development of thought leadership pieces and contribute to high-level strategic reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in research and analysis focused on the MENA region, particularly the GCC countries.

• Advanced degree in political science, economics, international relations, or a related field preferred.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in both written and verbal formats.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Preference for candidates currently located in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, given the need for on-the-ground insights.
