Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role is central to supporting daily business functions, assisting leadership and team members, and maintaining a productive, professional work environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in administrative procedures, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents for efficient retrieval and reference

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route inquiries to appropriate departments

  • Draft and distribute internal/external communications, reports, memos, and presentations

  • Manage office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure operational continuity

  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing documentation and orientation materials

  • Assist with budget preparation and financial report accuracy

  • Coordinate meetings and company events including logistics, catering, and materials

  • Implement and maintain office procedures and best practices to increase efficiency

  • Provide administrative support across departments as needed

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role

  • Aged between 27–35 years

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Professional attitude with a customer service-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with budgeting and basic accounting principles (preferred)

  • Team player with a proactive, can-do approach and willingness to learn
