Tool Time LLC, a leading provider of Facility Management solutions in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record in managing daily financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

This role requires a professional who can ensure the financial health of the organization through meticulous reporting, cost control, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor company cash flow and lead budgeting and forecasting efforts.

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition for both recurring and one-time service contracts.

• Review and manage payroll processes in compliance with UAE labor regulations.

• Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documentation for audits.

• Manage tax filings, including VAT and corporate income tax compliance.

• Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

• Maintain and enforce internal financial controls and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with operations and procurement departments for expense control and tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA or CA preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a senior role.

• Industry experience in facilities management, construction, or maintenance is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and UAE financial regulations.

• Proficient in Tally and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Exceptional accuracy, analytical ability, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Must be based in the UAE.

Salary:

AED 6,000 to 7,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
