Daniele Pescara Consultancy, a prominent boutique international business advisory firm based in Dubai, is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle and financial compliance for its portfolio of international clients. This is a full-time, on-site role that provides an excellent opportunity for experienced accounting professionals seeking to work in a dynamic, multicultural consulting environment.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end accounting for a diverse set of international clients.

Ensuring all fiscal and tax obligations are fulfilled in accordance with UAE regulations.

Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and client documentation.

Handling VAT returns, corporate tax submissions, and related compliance filings.

Liaising with clients, auditors, and government entities to ensure smooth operations.

Offering advisory support on accounting, fiscal, and regulatory matters.

Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring adherence to internal quality protocols.

Reporting directly to the Head of Advisory.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA are a strong advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within consultancy firms or international environments.

Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Italian and/or Arabic is a plus.

Deep knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and corporate compliance standards.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Proficient in accounting software and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

High degree of autonomy and problem-solving skills; client service orientation is essential.

Currently residing in Dubai with immediate availability preferred.
