Job Description:
Cigna is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients across the Middle East and Africa. The Senior Account Manager will act as a strategic advisor and liaison, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing client relationships to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries to support client engagement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters and legal teams, to prepare competitive proposals.

Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client base.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and intermediaries for renewals and new business development.

Coordinate with Customer Service and Healthcare Services teams to address and resolve client issues.

Contribute to product development and improvements based on client feedback and market trends.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, invoicing accuracy, and internal policy adherence.

Provide strategic insight and timely reporting to management.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in a corporate client management role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speaker.

Strong experience in managing Tier 1 and mid-market insurance policies in the Middle East and Africa.

Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Proven track record of driving business results and managing large corporate client portfolios.

Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and influencing key decision-makers.

Familiarity with regional regulations and market dynamics.

Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a flexible and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business preferred).

Agile Project Management knowledge or certification is a plus.

Experience in health and wellbeing industries is advantageous.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
Additional Information:

Travel: 10% – 25% expected.
