AKevents Scaffolding LLC is seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to manage scaffolding activities across various construction projects in Dubai. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing work schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality scaffolding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all scaffolding activities for multiple projects.

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and execute work schedules and site progress.

• Liaise with customer site representatives and attend site meetings.

• Ensure all safety precautions are adhered to by scaffolders.

• Coordinate with production and internal departments to avoid rework and ensure efficient execution.

• Prepare and monitor resource planning for equipment, consumables, and manpower.

• Handle technical issues affecting the site and liaise with engineering teams for solutions, including scaffolding and temporary works design schemes.

• Analyze integrity of scaffolding and temporary works structures.

• Assist in estimation and resolve queries during the bidding phase.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of experience in the UAE scaffolding erection industry.

• Civil Engineering background is an added advantage.

• UAE Driving License required (company will provide a car).

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
