LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a global leader in legal technology and a division of RELX, is hiring a Sales Team Lead for its Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a team of Business Development Managers across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in direct sales management and a strong ability to drive new business acquisition and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

• Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, making adjustments as needed.

• Carry personal and team targets for new business acquisition.

• Assess and enhance current sales processes and strategies.

• Provide accurate sales forecasting via CRM tools (Salesforce).

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management) to create sales opportunities.

• Contribute to market penetration strategies and drive growth for the International Sales division.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Strong experience in direct sales management, preferably in high-volume subscription sales.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
