Job Title: Sales Representative 

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B sales and an in-depth understanding of the construction, civil engineering, or building materials industry.

In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building long-term partnerships, and offering innovative solutions tailored to large-scale infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track major infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, railways, ports, dams, pipelines, landscaping) from early stages

  • Build and maintain direct relationships with engineering consultants, EPC contractors, project owners, and public sector stakeholders

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company growth targets

  • Understand customer needs and deliver customized product and service solutions

  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos

  • Maintain up-to-date sales records, activities, and customer data using CRM software

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional initiatives

  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings across the UAE

  • Analyze sales data to improve strategies and identify growth opportunities

  • Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development, ideally within civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction materials

  • Strong technical understanding in areas such as geotechnics, environment, or structural engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record in sales strategy, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-focused

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

  • Willingness to travel within the UAE for client engagement
