Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B sales and an in-depth understanding of the construction, civil engineering, or building materials industry.
In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building long-term partnerships, and offering innovative solutions tailored to large-scale infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track major infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, railways, ports, dams, pipelines, landscaping) from early stages

Build and maintain direct relationships with engineering consultants, EPC contractors, project owners, and public sector stakeholders

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company growth targets

Understand customer needs and deliver customized product and service solutions

Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities

Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos

Maintain up-to-date sales records, activities, and customer data using CRM software
-
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional initiatives

Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings across the UAE

Analyze sales data to improve strategies and identify growth opportunities

Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Preferred Candidate Profile:
-
3–6 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development, ideally within civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction materials

Strong technical understanding in areas such as geotechnics, environment, or structural engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record in sales strategy, negotiation, and deal closure

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel

Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-focused

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Willingness to travel within the UAE for client engagement
