DuPont Water Solutions (DWS) is seeking a Sales- & Project Manager – Internal Sales to support the growth of its integrated water portfolio in the EMEA region. The role involves providing technical and commercial support, managing project phases, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple technologies such as UF, MBR, and RO. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in water treatment and project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and commercial support during the proposal, execution, and after-sales phases.

Manage project documentation and support project growth across all product lines.

Coordinate customer requests and liaise with sales and project teams.

Prepare complex proposals for large projects, including quotations, tenders, and contracts.

Provide product guidance and selection throughout the project lifecycle.

Support forecasting, reporting, and customer-specific evaluations using tools like SAP and Salesforce.

Collaborate with technical specialists and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

Solid technical understanding of water treatment technologies (UF, MBR, RO).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in technical/commercial roles related to water treatment.

Expertise in UF, MBR, and RO technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP being beneficial.

Fluent in English.
