Aventus is seeking a Sales & Marketing Lead to drive the brand’s growth across digital and physical channels. The role involves managing e-commerce, building retailer relationships, executing brand activations, and supporting marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, impactful position for someone passionate about beauty and business development.
Responsibilities:

Digital: Monitor e-commerce performance, manage website content, collaborate with digital partners for improvements (UX, SEO, CRO)

In-store: Build strong relationships with Beauty Advisors, deliver training to maintain brand standards, and drive sales

Brand Events: Plan and execute brand activations, manage temporary staff, and logistics

Sales: Own relationships with retailers, identify new market opportunities, manage orders and coordinate with Finance for invoicing

Marketing: Collaborate with PR, social media, and creative teams, track marketing KPIs, and optimize spend to boost ROI
Requirements:
-
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

3+ years in Sales and/or Marketing within the cosmetics or beauty industry

Experience with CRM and e-commerce (Shopify is a plus)

Fluent in English and Arabic

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Deep passion for beauty and understanding of branding and digital marketing
