RELX, through its aviation analytics brand Cirium, is hiring a Sales Manager – MEA to lead its sales operations across the Middle East and Africa region. The role is hybrid and involves managing a team of Business Development Managers focused on the aviation industry. The Sales Manager will drive business growth, mentor the team, ensure accurate forecasting, and build long-term strategic client relationships, while supporting Cirium’s mission to keep the world connected through aviation insights and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor the sales team using Cirium’s 3C Selling principles.

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed regional sales objectives.

Foster competency and performance growth across the sales team.

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure Salesforce data is up-to-date.

Represent the business at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Strengthen relationships with aviation policy agencies.
-
Create strategic account plans to maximize revenue and demonstrate ROI.

Identify and solve new client challenges using Cirium’s aviation data solutions.
Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in B2B data solutions or aviation sales.

Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving capabilities.

Strong communication skills and ability to inspire both teams and clients.

Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Willingness to travel across the MEA region for client and prospect meetings.

Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
