Sales Manager – MEA
RELX (Cirium) Dubai , UAE

RELX, through its aviation analytics brand Cirium, is hiring a Sales Manager – MEA to lead its sales operations across the Middle East and Africa region. The role is hybrid and involves managing a team of Business Development Managers focused on the aviation industry. The Sales Manager will drive business growth, mentor the team, ensure accurate forecasting, and build long-term strategic client relationships, while supporting Cirium’s mission to keep the world connected through aviation insights and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor the sales team using Cirium’s 3C Selling principles.

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed regional sales objectives.

  • Foster competency and performance growth across the sales team.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure Salesforce data is up-to-date.

  • Represent the business at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Strengthen relationships with aviation policy agencies.

  • Create strategic account plans to maximize revenue and demonstrate ROI.

  • Identify and solve new client challenges using Cirium’s aviation data solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B data solutions or aviation sales.

  • Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to inspire both teams and clients.

  • Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

  • Willingness to travel across the MEA region for client and prospect meetings.

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
