Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary liaison between the company and its clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your role will focus on introducing, marketing, and securing contracts for the company’s products and services while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

  • Deliver tailored, persuasive sales presentations to meet each client’s unique needs and objectives.

  • Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your client base.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide customers with personalized, effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales outcomes and drive collective success.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure post-purchase satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Provide regular sales reports to management and suggest strategies for improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to engage clients effectively.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen to identify and address client needs.

  • High School diploma required; a degree in Business or related field preferred.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
