Position: Sales Executive – Lighting Projects

Role Overview:
Join Afaq Al Khaleej Engineering Resources LLC as a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in the lighting sector. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end sales cycle—identifying leads, crafting solutions, and closing deals. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to align proposals with client needs, manage a high-performing sales team, and represent the company at major industry events.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Identify and engage potential clients (contractors, consultants, architects, developers).

Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.

Track market trends and discover new business opportunities.

Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals.

Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the lighting industry.
