Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and driven Emirati professional with a passion for sales and relationship-building? Tramontina, a globally recognized brand, is looking for a Sales Executive to lead business development efforts across Kalba, Khor Fakkan, and Dibba. This position offers the freedom of a hybrid work model, requiring office attendance only during scheduled Sales Meetings.
As the face of Tramontina in your region, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territories.

Drive product awareness and increase sales through strategic promotion of Tramontina’s product range.

Actively seek new business opportunities and potential clients to grow the customer base.

Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and support.

Submit regular sales performance reports to the management team.

Attend scheduled Sales Meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
Qualifications & Skills:

UAE National (Emirati) with a strong sense of ownership and local market insight.

Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle a flexible schedule.

Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
