Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in the interior design and fit-out industry to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, securing projects, and maintaining long-term client relationships across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business leads for interior design and fit-out projects

• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals

• Meet clients to assess their needs and propose customized interior solutions

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and commercial proposals

• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales targets

• Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth project execution

• Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management

• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration

• 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the interior design and fit-out industry in the UAE

• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and local regulations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Highly self-motivated and target-oriented, capable of working independently

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
