Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in the interior design and fit-out industry to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, securing projects, and maintaining long-term client relationships across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business leads for interior design and fit-out projects

Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals

Meet clients to assess their needs and propose customized interior solutions

Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and commercial proposals

Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales targets

Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth project execution
-
Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
-
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration

5–7 years of proven sales experience in the interior design and fit-out industry in the UAE
-
Strong understanding of the Dubai market and local regulations
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Highly self-motivated and target-oriented, capable of working independently
-
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
-
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
