Al Khoory Group’s Aikah Fire Equipment Division is hiring Sales Engineers (AMC & Fit-outs) to join their team in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in the Fire & Security industry to drive business development and client engagement across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and market knowledge, coupled with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver solutions aligned with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the UAE.

• Understand market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs specific to AMC and Fit-out services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to produce accurate and competitive proposals.

• Estimate manpower and prepare quotations for AMC, fit-out, and modification projects.

• Negotiate tender and contract terms, ensuring deals are successfully closed.

• Ensure compliance with civil defense regulations and basic NFPA standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically in the UAE’s Fire & Security sector.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proven business generation experience through FM companies, end-users, and contractors.

• Deep knowledge of Fire Fighting Equipment, Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, and Suppression Systems.

• Excellent planning, multitasking, and time management capabilities.

• Highly customer-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
