Job Title: Sales Document Controller
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Document Controller to manage the lifecycle of all sales-related documentation. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting sales operations through efficient document handling and version control.
You will work closely with the Sales and Finance departments to ensure that all contracts, quotations, proposals, and compliance documents are consistently maintained, accessible, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of sales-related documents (contracts, proposals, quotations, service agreements, etc.)

Maintain document version control and ensure timely updates for accessibility and accuracy

Support the sales team during audits, client inquiries, and negotiations by retrieving essential records quickly and accurately

Collaborate with internal departments (Sales & Finance) to streamline documentation workflows

Conduct regular internal audits to verify document compliance, integrity, and proper filing

Ensure document templates and formats meet organizational and regulatory standards
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in document control or records management, preferably in a corporate or sales environment

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
