Kingston Stanley is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead sales efforts for FMCG products within the Hotels and Restaurants (HORECA) sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, developing strong relationships in the hospitality industry, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to drive revenue in the HORECA sector.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key accounts.

Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and market trends, reporting key metrics to senior management.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals.

Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and refine sales strategies accordingly.

Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events to build business.
Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or beverage sales within the HORECA sector.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.

Networking Abilities: Established relationships in the HORECA sector.

Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport (Arabic speaker preferred).
