Job Title: Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator
Job Description:
Hyundai Lighting is looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator with proven experience in the lighting or electrical industry. This role is essential in supporting our sales team and maintaining exceptional customer experiences post-sale. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a solid understanding of project tenders, technical documentation, and sales coordination processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate sales quotations and process orders efficiently.

Maintain well-organized sales documentation and ensure timely communication.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor open quotations and proactively follow up to convert them into sales.

Use CRM/ERP systems to manage customer records and sales activities.

Serve as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Handle service requests and warranty claims, coordinating with technical support teams.

Provide timely updates on service status, replacements, and issue resolutions.

Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and business processes.

Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Technical & Tender Support:

Assist in the preparation and submission of project tenders and related documents.

Create material submittals, datasheets, and technical documentation.

Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and aligned with project standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or aftersales roles

Hands-on experience in the lighting or electrical industry preferred
-
English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
