Skinny Genie Gluten Free, a growing F&B brand specializing in gluten-free products, is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator – Wholesale (F&B) to join its team in Dubai. The Sales Coordinator will act as the backbone of the Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, client communications, and coordination with logistics. This role is ideal for candidates from FMCG, hospitality, logistics, or sales administration backgrounds who possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data, sales leads, and pipelines.

• Manage client communications including inquiries, follow-ups, emails, and cold calls.

• Prepare quotations, contracts, and presentations in collaboration with sales executives.

• Liaise with logistics, reservations, and operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Track sales performance, generate reports, and assist with sales forecasting.

• Support the Sales Manager with reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG, hospitality, logistics, reservations, or sales coordination.

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

• Experience in cross-functional coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service preferred.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
