We are hiring Sales Coordinators with experience in the electrical and switchgear industry for our operations in Dubai and Ajman. If you’re a proactive communicator with strong coordination skills and a sales-driven mindset, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research on building materials and assess customer needs across various construction stages

Identify and pursue sales opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
-
Maintain daily sales records and track customer interactions
-
Handle sales documentation: Proforma invoices, tax invoices, delivery notes, and payment receipts
-
Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and ensure timely dispatch
-
Collaborate with internal teams to support the end-to-end sales process
-
Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events
-
Prepare sales performance reports for management review
-
Handle phone-based negotiations, objections, and client issues
-
Support marketing initiatives and build strong customer relationships
-
Heavy coordination required via phone throughout the day
Requirements:
-
2–8 years of experience in sales coordination
-
Prior experience in electrical and switchgear industry is mandatory
-
Excellent communication and phone coordination skills
-
Familiarity with sales documentation and CRM tools
-
Nationality preferred: Indian, Nepali, Sri Lankan
-
Education: Intermediate school or bachelor’s in relevant field
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
