Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and revenue growth for light cargo transportation (3-ton trucks). This is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned sales professional who brings a deep understanding of the UAE logistics landscape, a strong network across relevant sectors, and a proven ability to drive profitable growth.
About Us:
We are a Dubai-based logistics company with a new fleet of five 3-ton light cargo trucks, focused on delivering cost-effective, reliable, and client-centric transportation services. Our vision is to become the preferred logistics partner for companies across e-commerce, import/export, manufacturing, warehousing, 3PL, and customs clearance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow market share for 3-ton light cargo transportation services

Leverage your existing client network to secure long-term, profitable contracts

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in high-growth sectors such as e-commerce and last-mile delivery

Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closing

Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to stay ahead of industry developments

Present service solutions tailored to clients’ logistics challenges, demonstrating ROI and operational value

Maintain strong B2B relationships and field-level engagement to drive customer loyalty and referrals
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, preferably within the UAE market

Strong network and client base in e-commerce, import/export, manufacturing, warehousing, 3PL, and customs clearance
-
Proven success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets

Deep understanding of light cargo operations, pricing, route optimization, and service-level agreements

Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Culturally aware, with the ability to navigate diverse business environments — especially Indian business communities

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or a related field

Immediate availability and UAE market familiarity are highly preferred
