Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager 

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and revenue growth for light cargo transportation (3-ton trucks). This is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned sales professional who brings a deep understanding of the UAE logistics landscape, a strong network across relevant sectors, and a proven ability to drive profitable growth.

About Us:
We are a Dubai-based logistics company with a new fleet of five 3-ton light cargo trucks, focused on delivering cost-effective, reliable, and client-centric transportation services. Our vision is to become the preferred logistics partner for companies across e-commerce, import/export, manufacturing, warehousing, 3PL, and customs clearance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow market share for 3-ton light cargo transportation services

  • Leverage your existing client network to secure long-term, profitable contracts

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in high-growth sectors such as e-commerce and last-mile delivery

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closing

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to stay ahead of industry developments

  • Present service solutions tailored to clients’ logistics challenges, demonstrating ROI and operational value

  • Maintain strong B2B relationships and field-level engagement to drive customer loyalty and referrals

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, preferably within the UAE market

  • Strong network and client base in e-commerce, import/export, manufacturing, warehousing, 3PL, and customs clearance

  • Proven success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets

  • Deep understanding of light cargo operations, pricing, route optimization, and service-level agreements

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Culturally aware, with the ability to navigate diverse business environments — especially Indian business communities

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or a related field

  • Immediate availability and UAE market familiarity are highly preferred
