Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to specialize in NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) and Freight Forwarding services. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in the UAE logistics market, exceptional sales expertise, and a deep understanding of freight operations, supply chain solutions, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business acquisition for NVOCC and freight forwarding services.

Consistently achieve sales targets by securing and retaining key clients in the UAE market.

Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.

Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Build and nurture relationships with shipping lines, vendors, and key industry stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Proactively manage and resolve client issues to ensure optimal service delivery.

Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met and exceeded.
Operations Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless freight operations and timely service delivery.

Provide accurate pricing quotes and logistics service options to clients based on their requirements.
Reporting & Analysis:

Regularly update sales reports, client activity logs, and revenue projections.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies.
Key Requirements
Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in NVOCC and freight forwarding sales within the UAE.

Strong understanding of the UAE logistics market, customs regulations, and industry best practices.
Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Other Requirements:

Established client portfolio within the UAE market.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for effective reporting and client management.

A valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (preferred).
