ATS Medical, a leading healthcare solutions provider in the UAE, is seeking a Sales Biomedical Engineer to join their team. This full-time, on-site role involves providing technical service for biomedical devices, driving sales growth, delivering customer training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in biomedical device servicing and sales, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage client relationships across hospitals, clinics, and humanitarian projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Service: Install, calibrate, and maintain ATS Medical devices; perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs; document interventions in CRM for regulatory compliance.

• Sales & Business Development: Pitch service contracts and equipment upgrades, prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate with biomedical managers, and meet sales targets.

• Customer Training & Support: Deliver in-service training for clinical staff and provide rapid resolution to post-sales technical queries.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Share market feedback with Product, QA, and Supply Chain teams; represent ATS Medical at trade shows, workshops, and events across the GCC.

Requirements:

• BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience servicing and/or selling biomedical devices with a proven sales record.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical, imaging, or patient-monitoring systems; ERP/CRM literacy.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Self-starter, ready to travel across the Emirates, and available for immediate joining.
