Cartier, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate (UAE Nationals) to join its boutique in Dubai. This role is an opportunity to represent a brand that embodies heritage, elegance, and excellence while providing exceptional client experiences. You will act as an ambassador of the Maison, building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth daily boutique operations. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client experiences before, during, and after sales.

Master the full sales process, from welcoming clients to closing deals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty.

Grow the client portfolio through targeted CRM actions.

Participate in client events as a brand ambassador.

Follow boutique policies, assist with opening/closing, inventory counts, and visual merchandising.

Support special projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales or a similar role.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
-
Knowledge of luxury goods (jewellery and timepieces preferred).

Experience with CRM and POS systems.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
