Melbud, a soon-to-launch online platform connecting stakeholders in the luxury flowers and plants retail sector, is looking for a Part-Time Partnership & Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for proactive and results-driven professionals passionate about brand growth, strategic partnerships, and marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:

Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with the brand’s vision

Build strong relationships with vendors, collaborators, influencers, and aligned brands

Coordinate joint campaigns, promotions, and events with partners

Develop partnership proposals, manage deliverables, and track partner performance
Marketing Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email)

Support product launches and brand awareness initiatives

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and opportunities

Help create marketing content including briefs, captions, and presentations

Collaborate with design and social media agencies to ensure brand consistency
Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain an organized CRM/contact database for partners and prospects

Prepare weekly updates, performance summaries, and reports

Track and manage deliverables from both internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing (preferably part-time/freelance roles)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
