We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales and Design Consultant with strong sales skills and interior design expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the UAE furniture or interior design market. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop creative furniture layouts, and drive sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client preferences, lifestyle, and space requirements.

• Conduct site visits to assess spaces and take measurements.

• Develop customized furniture layouts and design proposals.

• Prepare mood boards, 2D/3D visualizations, and product mockups.

• Provide detailed design consultations on furniture placement, color schemes, and materials.

• Guide clients through product selection and close sales effectively.

• Maintain knowledge of furniture lines, product specs, and customization options.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly.

• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products/services.

• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Provide after-sales support from order placement to delivery and installation.

• Handle client queries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

• Collaborate with showroom, logistics, and design teams.

• Maintain accurate sales and client records.

• Report sales activity and pipeline updates regularly to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a similar sales/design role in furniture or interior design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (preferred).

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar design software.

• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused with a passion for design.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced showroom.

Compensation

• Starting salary: AED 4,500 per month
