Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and managing long-term client relationships. You will use innovative strategies to convert prospects into clients and serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients across various industries in the UAE.

Implement innovative lead generation strategies to convert prospects into valuable business opportunities.

Develop and deliver customized pitches to effectively onboard new clients.
Account Management:

Serve as the primary contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and create upselling opportunities.

Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Market Expertise:

Utilize knowledge of the UAE market to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Understand local business practices and customer needs to craft tailored sales strategies.

Stay updated on market developments to offer innovative solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement and growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:

2–3 years of proven experience in sales acquisition and account management within the UAE market.

Strong understanding of the local business landscape and excellent networking abilities.

Proficiency in lead generation and client acquisition techniques.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.

Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
