Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and managing long-term client relationships. You will use innovative strategies to convert prospects into clients and serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients across various industries in the UAE.

  • Implement innovative lead generation strategies to convert prospects into valuable business opportunities.

  • Develop and deliver customized pitches to effectively onboard new clients.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and create upselling opportunities.

  • Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Market Expertise:

  • Utilize knowledge of the UAE market to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Understand local business practices and customer needs to craft tailored sales strategies.

  • Stay updated on market developments to offer innovative solutions.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales acquisition and account management within the UAE market.

  • Strong understanding of the local business landscape and excellent networking abilities.

  • Proficiency in lead generation and client acquisition techniques.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
