Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Safety Officer to oversee workplace health and safety across its Dubai facilities. The role requires strong knowledge of safety standards, hazard analysis, and people management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, disciplined, and dedicated to fostering a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) matters within the facility.

• Prepare and maintain safety checklists as per company requirements.

• Ensure all employees wear proper PPE at all times.

• Monitor discipline, timeliness, and proper conduct during work and break times.

• Conduct daily safety inspections to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.

• Maintain harmony and discipline in coordination with supervisors and management.

• Report any indiscipline, disruptive, or dishonest behavior to management.

• Organize periodic safety awareness and induction training for staff.

• Record and maintain incident and accident reports.

• Inspect, maintain, and keep records of safety equipment and tools, including periodic checks.

• Manage First Aid kits, replenish stock daily, and provide First Aid when required.

• Lead emergency evacuation drills and monitor emergency exit readiness.

• Oversee high-risk activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Implement waste management and housekeeping systems to maintain hygiene and order.

• Support any additional safety-related tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + Live Out Allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25

• Benefits include:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum education level).

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required.

• Physically fit, energetic, and proactive.

• Excellent people management and discipline-handling abilities.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Self-disciplined with a strong commitment to safety culture.

• Team player with dedication to continuous improvement.
