TALENTMATE is hiring an RTFI Project Coordinator to oversee radiographic testing projects and coordinate inspection activities on-site in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, entry-level role involves performing film interpretation, densitometer calibrations, preparing reports, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety for self and co-workers; participate in daily toolbox talks and follow site coordinator instructions.

• Use and maintain all safety devices and tools properly; perform work safely and attentively.

• Maintain clean work areas and proper housekeeping.

• Perform film interpretation for various jobs according to approved procedural requirements.

• Verify joint details on films and classify indications from actual discontinuities, weld geometry, or film artifacts.

• Interpret code requirements, sensitivity requirements, and evaluate indications per acceptance criteria.

• Perform densitometer calibrations and demonstrations as per project-specific procedures.

• Prepare and submit final radiographic examination reports in approved formats.

• Coordinate with multi, PAUT, and other teams for timely inspections and report submissions.

• Submit timesheets accurately and on time according to management guidelines.

• Perform inspection activities according to project scope to avoid resource wastage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Entry-level role; suitable for candidates seeking hands-on experience in RTFI project coordination.

• Ability to work under safety protocols and maintain alertness during inspection tasks.

• Knowledge of radiographic testing codes and sensitivity evaluation.
