Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort, a luxury hospitality brand known for elegance and exceptional guest service, is seeking a full-time Room Attendant to join its housekeeping team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas while ensuring high standards of safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily in line with hotel standards.

• Maintain housekeeping equipment in good working condition and store securely.

• Understand and correctly use cleaning products.

• Report any damaged or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Handle keys responsibly and return them at the end of shifts.

• Record and hand over lost & found items with detailed information.

• Attend to guest requests courteously and promptly.

• Escort guests when needed, ensuring a high level of personal service.

• Respect guest privacy, including “Do Not Disturb” signs and confidentiality.

• Report guest feedback, comments, or complaints to supervisors.

• Ensure room documentation and amenities are complete and updated.

• Participate in daily housekeeping briefings.

• Sort and count linen, manage waste, and contribute to eco-friendly practices.

• Restock and maintain cleanliness of housekeeping trolley and storage areas.

• Keep corridors clean and clear of obstacles.

• Apply hotel security and environmental policies at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and order.

• Good communication skills and professional guest interaction.

• Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and security procedures.

• Team player with a positive attitude and high level of discretion.
