Program Description:
The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program is specifically designed for BSN graduates with less than six months of hospital-based nursing experience. The program structure supports a smooth transition from student to professional nurse, emphasizing hands-on clinical learning, professional development, and mentorship.

Key program features include:

• A 16-week 1:1 clinical preceptorship

• Optional peer mentorship opportunities

• Simulation-based education

• Professional development courses and leadership training

• Monthly nurse residency sessions covering clinical and leadership topics

Specialization tracks are available in areas such as:

• Medical/Surgical Nursing

• Cardiovascular and Thoracic Care

• Neurology

• Oncology

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a 3–4 year accredited program

• Graduation dates must be December 2024 or May 2025

• Must have less than 6 months of nursing practice in a hospital setting

• Accelerated or Associate-to-BSN programs are not eligible
