This is a full-time rotational position based in Russia, open exclusively to residents of Russia and Kazakhstan. The role is ideal for mechanics with deep field experience in modern drilling operations, especially those familiar with cyber rig technology.

As a Rig Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and reliability of critical drilling systems—including hydraulic and diesel components. A solid background in mechanical systems, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair drilling, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Conduct regular evaluations of mechanical equipment conditions
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation in line with regulations
• Troubleshoot system failures and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure all maintenance complies with industry safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or Technical College Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling operations
• Hands-on experience with Cyber Chair technology is critical
• Prior international oilfield experience is highly valued
• Fluent in Russian; intermediate English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
