Job Role:
Grace Sports and Arts is seeking a passionate and skilled Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach to join its coaching team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai. The coach will design and lead gymnastics training sessions, focusing on rhythmic gymnastics and tumbling. The role involves mentoring athletes, assessing performance, creating structured training programs, and ensuring a safe, motivating, and professional training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct rhythmic gymnastics training sessions.

• Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to athletes.

• Develop training programs to enhance performance and skill development.

• Monitor athletes’ progress and track performance improvements.

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and professional training environment.

• Collaborate with the coaching team to achieve academy goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in rhythmic gymnastics.

• Proven coaching and sports training experience.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire athletes.

• Relevant coaching certifications (preferred).

• Experience in rhythmic gymnastics (advantageous).

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
