Job Title: Female Retail Cashier
Job Description:

As a Retail Cashier, you will be the face of the store, responsible for processing transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming checkout area. Your role is vital in ensuring an excellent customer experience and supporting daily sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter or leave the store.

Handle transactions efficiently using cash registers and POS systems.

Scan products, ensure pricing accuracy, and collect payments in cash or via credit/debit cards.

Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed.

Redeem coupons, gift cards, and promotional offers.

Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer preferences.

Answer product-related inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.

Process returns, layaways, and merchandise exchanges.

Track transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and report discrepancies.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of checkout and merchandise areas.

Assist with stocking and rotating products on shelves.

Stay updated on store promotions, advertisements, and product knowledge.

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed store sales targets.

Report equipment issues and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills:

1–3 years of work experience in retail, cashiering, or sales.

Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
-
Strong math, time management, and communication skills.
-
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Must be female, aged 21–35, and currently residing in the UAE.

Preferred nationalities: Jordan, Morocco, Philippines, Tunisia.
