Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress (Spanish Speaker) in Dubai. The role involves providing courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding Kempinski’s luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned outlets professionally and efficiently.

• Be knowledgeable about all menu items and services; perform upselling and offer alternatives.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.

• Operate POS systems as trained and perform opening/closing procedures.

• Handle guest enquiries and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up.

• Assist in inventory management and monitor supplies to minimize wastage.

• Adhere to hotel policies, fire, hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a Food & Beverage service role.

• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish language proficiency required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to establish effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
