Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER, a prominent UAE-based lifestyle and retail group known for representing global brands and homegrown F&B concepts, is hiring a Restaurant Administrator to support its dynamic Food & Beverage division. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and energetic individual looking to grow within the hospitality industry.

The Restaurant Administrator will play a key role in supporting store operations, coordinating reporting, inventory, and administrative duties essential to seamless daily business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all administrative paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in a timely, organized manner.

• Generate daily reports such as purchase orders, cost/transfer sheets, and invoice logs, ensuring compliance with brand policies.

• Produce and compile monthly reports, including inventory tracking and cost reports.

• Support the sales team with special order coordination and execution.

• Coordinate product and supply deliveries across different emirates.

• Maintain efficient document flow and communication with relevant departments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced restaurant, chocolate boutique, or similar F&B concept.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• High level of focus and dedication to operational excellence.

• Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining adherence to company policies and high ethical standards.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
