This fully remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with other recruiters through split-fee partnerships, enabling you to fill more roles and expand your network without restrictive KPIs or targets. With access to an extensive pool of live job vacancies and candidate profiles, you’ll leverage AI-powered matching tools to connect with complementary recruiters and close more placements.

Responsibilities:

• Upload and share live job roles or candidate profiles.

• Collaborate with matched recruiters through the company’s AI-powered Xchange Engine.

• Agree on a transparent 50/50 commission split for placements.

• Manage your workflow and schedule independently without KPIs.

• Salary: US$2,000 – US$10,000 per month (commission-based).
