Job Overview:
The Relationship Manager will expand the client base, manage deposits and client onboarding, maintain strong relationships, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role combines sales, client service, and financial operations expertise to grow revenue and strengthen Wayone Capital’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new clients (retail, institutional, VIP) via direct sales, networking, IBs, and referrals.

• Manage the full deposit process: guide clients on funding methods, ensure secure and compliant transfers, and coordinate with finance/back office teams.

• Maintain and grow client relationships to drive retention and reactivation.

• Collaborate with marketing and affiliate teams to generate leads and develop partnerships.

• Prepare and present sales and deposit performance reports; achieve targets for client acquisition and deposit volume.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes; advise internal teams accordingly.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in forex, financial sales, or client onboarding.

• Strong knowledge of forex trading platforms (e.g., MT5), products, risks, and fees.

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.

• Existing network or contacts in forex, IBs, or affiliate networks preferred.

• Result-driven, ethical, and able to work under pressure.

Remuneration

• Base salary + performance-based commission/bonus.
