Job Title: Regulatory & Distribution Manager

Nexus Tech Enterprise is launching a premium U.S.-manufactured dietary supplements brand, specifically crafted for the UAE market. As we expand into the health and wellness space, we’re seeking a skilled Regulatory & Distribution Manager to lead product registration, importation compliance, and local distribution for our new product line.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Regulatory Affairs & Product Compliance

Lead the end-to-end product registration process with Dubai Municipality and relevant UAE authorities.

Ensure all formulations, technical documents, and certifications (e.g., CoA, GMP, ISO) comply with UAE regulations.

Align closely with our U.S.-based manufacturing team to manage production transparency and documentation.

Guarantee packaging and labeling (including Arabic translations and legal disclaimers) meet import and market standards.
🔹 Importation & Operational Readiness

Oversee all aspects of the importation process including documentation, pre-approvals, and shipment coordination.

Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure seamless entry of products into the UAE.

Manage timelines, paperwork, and approvals for customs clearance and market launch.
🔹 Distribution Strategy & Management

Identify and contract with an experienced UAE-based distributor specializing in nutraceuticals or vitamins.

Monitor the distributor’s performance including sales targets, product placement, and channel strategies.

Ensure distributor compliance with promotional, merchandising, and marketing commitments.
🔹 Marketing Collaboration & Market Intelligence

Partner with the marketing team to ensure brand storytelling, packaging, and campaigns comply with regulations.

Review and validate distributor-led marketing initiatives.

Share market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE supplement or nutraceutical industry.

Proven track record in product registration and regulatory compliance with Dubai Municipality.

Experience working with international suppliers and handling packaging, compliance, and import documentation.

In-depth knowledge of the UAE’s retail ecosystem for health products, including pharmacies and e-commerce.
