Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising

Job Description:

We are seeking a Regional Visual Merchandising & Store Design Manager to oversee the GCC markets, ensuring brand consistency across visual merchandising, store design, and maintenance projects. This role blends creativity with operational expertise, requiring strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Oversight

  • Lead the rollout of HQ visual merchandising guidelines across GCC boutiques, adapting to meet local commercial needs

  • Oversee implementation and upkeep of store displays, ensuring alignment with brand image and corporate standards

  • Manage ordering, delivery allocation, and invoicing for display materials, event kits, and retail tools in collaboration with local markets

  • Train, guide, and support boutique managers and sales associates on visual merchandising strategy, execution, and reporting procedures

  • Ensure effective communication between store teams for daily VM monitoring and implementation

  • Work closely with the International Merchandising Manager to optimize product zoning and store density for new launches

  • Actively participate in store openings, in-store events, and brand activations

  • Monitor competitor displays and prepare quarterly benchmarking reports

Store Design & Construction

  • Coordinate local renovation and construction projects in alignment with HQ Store Design & Planning (SDP) guidelines

  • Serve as the liaison between HQ, architects, landlords, and vendors during project execution

  • Assist HQ SDP in preparing project specifications, budgets, and cost-sharing with partners

  • Resolve project-related issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Attend site handovers and ensure outstanding works are completed promptly

Store & Office Maintenance

  • Develop a reliable network of suppliers for maintenance across GCC markets

  • Lead maintenance activities for UAE stores, identifying needs and arranging quotations in line with HQ requirements

  • Support maintenance needs for other GCC locations in coordination with HQ and partner teams

  • Supervise maintenance works and ensure timely completion

  • Escalate critical issues to management for additional funding approval when necessary

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong proficiency in English and Arabic (written & spoken)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design & Planning, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, watch, or jewelry

  • Proven track record in retail industry operations and project execution

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD skills are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel across GCC markets
