Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to elevate in-store presentations across the region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating brand identity through impactful VM strategies while maintaining consistency across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement seasonal visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines.

• Ensure execution of high-standard displays across stores in the region.

• Coach and collaborate with local VM teams and store staff to maintain and reinforce brand image.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of visual campaigns and report insights to senior VM leadership.

• Attend and organize training workshops to keep teams updated on brand expectations.

• Coordinate with brand and regional trade marketing teams for seamless rollouts.

• Conduct regular market visits in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Qatar to ensure compliance.

• Manage the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of VM materials and collaterals.

• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date VM manual for all stores.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel regularly across GCC countries.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to brand detail.
